What types of payments do you accept?

You can pay instantly and securely with your credit card through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. How will I receive the gift code?

Your gift certificate will be emailed to your PayPal registered email address. Please make sure the email address linked to your PayPal account is up to date and accessible to prevent delays.

How do I use the code?

Using the code to credit your iTunes account is quick and easy. If you already have a US iTunes account you can simply click 'redeem' and enter the code to credit your account. If you do not already have a US iTunes account you can use the code to open a US iTunes account without the need for a credit card! Please see our setup guide for detailed instructions.

How long does it take to receive the code?

You'll get the code at once when payment cleared unless our system has no code.you'll receive a remind email if our database has no code.we'll manually arrange the delivery for you very soon.

When do the codes expire?

Apple has imposed a 12-24hrs expiration period on these Gift Certificates. Therefore you are required to use the code immediately after you have received it. However, once you have redeemed the gift certificate there is no expiration on the credit in your account and you may take along as you like to use it!

Can I use the codes as a gift?

Yes, of course! However, unless you are using the code immediately as a gift (see expiration times above) we would recommend you setup the US iTunes account yourself and then give the account as a gift.

Do I need a US credit card?

No. If you use a gift certificate at the time of registering a US iTunes account then no credit card is required.

Do I need a US postal address?

Whilst you are asked for a US address when you sign up for your account, it is not used in any way and you may enter any US address. We have provided a source for you to find yourself a US street address for free. For further details please see our setup guide.

When I enter the gift code it says 'cancelled / suspended', why?

Your code has likely expired. Please contact us and provide us with your PayPal registered email address and we will help you.

When I enter the gift code it says "contact iTunes support', why?

This may either mean your code has expired or there was a problem creating your account. Please contact us and provide us with your PayPal registered email address and we will help you.

I haven't received my code, where is it?

Codes are auto sent out by our system,if you fail to receive any email from us.it may be the system problem .please contact us at and we'll manually send you the code asap.

I tried to contact you on live chat but i got no answer, why?

Live chat is usually only available during our day time hours (10AM to 10PM), operators may sometimes also be busy. If you can't get through on live chat please send us an email using the contact form on the 'contact us' page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I haven't received an answer to my email, why?

It is possible that your email provider has filtered our email as spam so please check your junk / spam folder to see if the email is there. We always try to respond to emails within a maximum of 7 hours, though you will normally receive a reply much sooner.

I already have an iTunes account, can I use the codes with it?

If you already have a US iTunes account you can use the codes with it by simply clicking 'redeem' in the 'quick links' section of the iTunes store. If your account is not from the US (i.e. UK iTunes account, Canadian iTunes account, Australian iTunes account, etc.) you will have to set up a new account that is registered in the US. It is important that you use a different email address for your new account than any one you have used previously with Apple or iTunes.
